Black Lives Matter

Support Black Lives Matter and promote relevant content

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready…

Support Black Lives Matter and be willing to dig deeper to understand what is really going on. Get uncomfortable and join the movement. That is all I have to say today, my friends.

Support #BlackLivesMattter on Twitter and post useful information to educate people on what this hashtag really means and intends to do. The more facts and information you can share the better. Actively promote Black Lives Matter related content.

At my basically all-white, all-male workplace, I have been confused for the other female who happens to be Black on the team. She has since left the firm. She continues to be kickass, though, and I am proud of her. She wrote this note below and I am glad to be able to share it. Her words helped me, so I hope it helps you, too, if you are reading.

Black Lives Matter
Note from my friend

Please dig deeper to understand what is really going on…

Please don’t say All Lives Matter. We know they do. Understand the context of Black Lives Matter. And share related content. Not just blackouts.

Why posting a black image with the ‘Black Lives Matter’ hashtag could be doing more harm than good

Help the #BlackLivesMattter hashtag to show relevant information on different platforms by using it to post relevant information only.

In other words, HELP the Black Lives Matter movement, don’t inadvertently hurt it.

What triggered the recent Black Lives Matter protests

Read about George Floyd’s death

The independent autopsy says Floyd died of “asphyxiation from sustained pressure” when his neck and back were compressed by Minneapolis police officers during his arrest last week. The pressure cut off blood flow to his brain, that autopsy determined.

This stuff is upsetting, to say the least. Listen more, and learn. Open your hearts and minds.

It looks like you’ve misspelled the word “niagra” on your website. I thought you would like to know :). Silly mistakes can ruin your site’s credibility. I’ve used a tool called SpellScan.com in the past to keep mistakes off of my website.
